Ventilation of a hair dresser shop in Berlin, Germany:
A hair dresser shop was to be ventilated. During the rainy and cold seasons the big shop windows were constantly covered with damp, due to the high humidity in the room. There was no way of installing a second ceiling to hide the installation. The only way was a free hanging solution.
A pulpo 400 was installed. Flexible air pipes and a textile air hose transform this technical unit to an appealing object in the room.
Loft office ventilation in Berlin, Germany:
A Loft was to be transformed into an office with 15 work places. It should be ventilated without any unpleasant draft. Nevertheless fresh air should be transported in all areas of the 280 mē room.
Two Uvo 400 were integrated into the ventilation system. As a lighted eye catcher they are installed under the ceiling. The old air is taken out with pipes from several places. The fresh air is lead under the floor to the heaters. It is mixed with the circulating warm air of the heater and like this spread in the room. This system combines low outlet air speed with a good airing of the room.
Single family house at Bremen, Germany:
An old framework house was to be ventilated. The interior of the house is one big room of approximatly 60 mē that is 6 m high. A part of the living area is situated on a platform within the room. Below that platform is the kitchen area. The rest of the room is used as living/dining room. The ventilation system should include the bathroom, too. A ventilation system with a WT 200 was installed. The old air is constantly removed under the ceiling. The warmed up fresh air is lead into the room at the sides above the heaters to secure a good airing of the room. The bathroom is included in the system by a humidity sensor.
Basement ventilation of a two family house in Berlin, Germany:
A basement with a bathroom and a laundry room area (not closed rooms, no doors) was to be ventilated. The basement of about 40 mē was ventilated very badly over a small window. Although it was opened permanantly, there was always a damp humid air inside the basement that was able to be smelled from the upper storeys. A ventilation system with a WT 100 was installed and changes constantly the air in the complete basement. The old air is removed under the ceiling of the bathroom. The fresh warm air is brought in above the floor in the laundry room. Because the basement is actually just one room with some partition walls there is now a good airing in all areas.
Bathroom ventilation of an old apartement building in Berlin, Germany:
There was to be ventilated a 6 mē bathroom with shower, so that the humid air was brought out in a very short time. A ventilation system with a WT 100 was installed. A rush ventilation regulation in combination with humidity sensor was preset. Now the room is ventilated completely in 15 min every time the humidity reaches a certain level. The ventilation system was finaly covered by a sheet rock ceiling.
